Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Dashly, available at dashly.live. By creating an account or using the service you're agreeing to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Dashly.

1. Who can use Dashly

You need to be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that's higher. If you're under 18, make sure you have a parent or guardian's permission before signing up.

2. Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for anything that happens under your account. Use accurate information when registering, and let us know straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.

3. Acceptable use

You can use Dashly to organise your own information and productivity. What you can't do:

  • Break any laws or regulations.
  • Upload or share content that's unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
  • Try to access other users' accounts or any part of our infrastructure you're not supposed to.
  • Introduce malware or malicious code of any kind.
  • Scrape or automate requests in a way that puts unreasonable load on our servers.
  • Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the service.
  • Use Dashly to send spam.

4. Your content

You own whatever you create in Dashly. By saving it here you give us permission to store and display it back to you; that's it. We don't use your content for anything else. You're responsible for making sure it doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

5. Shared dashboards

If you turn on public sharing for a dashboard, that content becomes accessible to anyone with the link. You're responsible for what's in it. We can take down shared content that breaks these terms.

6. The service

Dashly is provided as-is and as-available. We may change, limit, or shut down parts of the service at any time. We may also update these terms (see section 11).

7. Account suspension and termination

We can suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or cause harm to the service or other users. You can delete your own account at any time from Profile settings.

8. Intellectual property

The Dashly platform (its code, design, and branding) belongs to us. Your content belongs to you. You can't copy, redistribute, or build derivative products from our platform without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dashly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) €50.

11. Changes to these terms

We'll update the date at the top of this page when something changes. For material changes we'll try to notify you by email or through the service. Continuing to use Dashly after an update means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
