Cookie Policy

This page explains what cookies dashly.live uses. For the full picture on how we handle your data, see the Privacy Policy.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small piece of text that a website stores in your browser. It lets the site remember things between page loads, like whether you're logged in.
2. Cookies we use
| Cookie name | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
session |
Keeps you logged in and carries CSRF protection tokens. Dashly can't work without it. | Strictly necessary | 7 days, or until you log out |
That's the only cookie we set. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking.
3. Third-party cookies
Google reCAPTCHA
reCAPTCHA v3 may be active on the registration form to filter out bots. When it is, Google can set its own cookies to run the check. This is only on the registration page and is covered by Google's Privacy Policy.
External sources you configure
Widgets that pull in outside data (RSS feeds, calendar feeds, weather) are fetched server-side. Your browser never talks directly to those services, so they can't set any cookies on your device through Dashly.
4. Managing your cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, but removing the session cookie will log you out and Dashly won't work until you sign in again.
5. Changes
If we change what cookies we use, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
